Refund Policy
This page explains cancellation, renewal, withdrawal and refund handling for Mustyy Boxing plans when paid access is enabled.
Before Purchase
The checkout must show the total price, currency, taxes, plan duration, renewal frequency, included access and cancellation method before payment. Review these details carefully.
Cancel A Subscription
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time. Unless the checkout or mandatory law states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and prevents the next renewal.
Paddle Purchases
Where the receipt identifies Paddle as the seller, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record. Use the Manage Subscription link in your Paddle confirmation email or Paddle’s buyer portal to cancel. Refund requests and applicable withdrawal rights are handled under Paddle’s current Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.
Digital Access
Where law permits, immediate access to digital content or a digital service may begin only after the required express request or consent. You may be asked to acknowledge that starting performance can affect a statutory withdrawal right. Mandatory consumer rights always remain.
Access Problems
If paid content is not delivered or a technical fault prevents access, contact us promptly with the order email and a description of the issue. We will investigate and provide access, a reasonable remedy or a refund where required.

For service or access issues, contact Mustyy Boxing. For a Paddle transaction, include the Paddle order reference but never send full card details.
